ab9 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. The ab9 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the sole property of ab9. Unauthorized use of any ab9 trademark, trade name, or service mark in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab9, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
